The Early Years

Mario and Linda, the team behind Samarlin Homes, met young and became high school sweethearts. The couple wed in the 80s and dreamed of owning and operating their own home building company. Mario followed his father’s footsteps into the construction industry and has over 35 years of experience. In the 90s they expanded their family and welcomed their daughter Samantha.

Samarlin Homes Launched

The couple was determined to build a company based on their unique talents and dedication to quality craftsmanship. As a proud family operation, Mario and Linda felt it was only right to include Samantha’s name in naming their business. And so, in 2002, SAMARLIN (Sam-Mario-Linda) was launched and their new chapter as entrepreneurs began.

True Partnership

Mario and Linda collaborate with each other and their clients to develop custom house plans, assist in home finish selections, and work together— to create the perfect home for their customers. Together, with Mario’s craftsmanship and home building experience and Linda’s interior/exterior design expertise and excellent purchasing and scheduling know-how, the Samarlin Homes team is able to bring your home to life.
