How We Work
At Samarlin Homes we understand building a new home can be an overwhelming process for clients, but it doesn’t have to be. We are here to help guide you through the steps to building your new home build.
Introduction
In our first meeting, we work with you to understand your vision for your future home. We will discuss your wish list and how to achieve it within the budget you’ve set. Our team will focus on providing as much transparency as possible during the first meeting and throughout the project. During the introduction meeting, our team is there to determine if Samarlin Homes is the best fit for your vision, timeline, and your budget.
Design
During the design phase, you can choose to work with our set of home plans or provide your own, make modifications to those plans, or work with our architect to develop your own unique design. Once we receive detailed construction drawings, we provide a detailed estimate. After a review of the estimate, we will proceed to the construction agreement and the construction phase can begin.
Construction
The Samarlin Homes team is there to support you with the selection of interior and exterior finishes. Depending on your budget and your wants, we can accommodate anything from standard finishes to custom interior details. During the construction phase, our team is onsite daily to ensure smooth and efficient construction and will provide you with frequent updates.
Completion
The last phase is to complete the Tarion New Home Warranty Pre-Delivery Inspection with you and to ensure any deficiencies and outstanding items are completed quickly. Once complete, we will schedule an inspection by the municipal officials to obtain an occupancy permit and register the Tarion New Home Warranty. And before you take occupancy, we will hire a team of professionals to clean your new home from top to bottom to ensure it is move-in ready.
